after install flashmagic, my wireless keyboard and mouse stoped work.

then I removed flashmagic. keyboard / mouse work again.

anyone get same experience as me? how to solve this problem?

Hi, Jennie,

When install flashmagic, it asked something like "your computer already have xxx installed, do you want reinstall?" choose yes. the first time my wireless mouse stopping working. I thought it is just a accident. but when I install on another computer, same thing happened again. when I try on third computer , the same. I really cound not understand how flash magain could affect wireless dongle, because flash magic only use COM port.

I have Flashmagic installed on my computer. my wireless mouse works well. I haven't heard others have similar problem as yours.

Did you check device manager window if any confict in keyboard and mouse interfaces?

Try install Flashmagic another computer, copy the install folder to your computer disk. I guess this should not affect your other computer devices. Can you use Flashmagic from this copied folder？
