Why JDH20 is expensive than JD20?

Because I am trying to design a tiny platform for wareables. After checking the price for LPC812M101JD20 and LPC812M101JD20 in mouser/element14 and other distis. I found that JD20 is cheaper than JDH20.

Usually the smaller, the cheaper, why NXP does in other way? Any reason?

LPC812M101JDH20 has more functions, one UART and one SPI more.
See Table 2 "Ordering options" in UM10601.
