What is the external extended SRAM recommended device for the LPC2378

What is the external extended SRAM recommended device for the LPC2378 (the SRAM capacity should be less than 128KB as much as possible)? How to design its hardware and drive? Is there a reference design?

Hi,

The evaluation/reference board for LPC2378 (LPC2378-STK) doesn’t include external RAM chip, although it has External Memory Bus.

As reference, you could take a look to Olimex LPC2294 board (LPC-L2294) that uses the K6R4016V1D SRAM:
