UartPeripheral() cannot open PC UART port

Hello ，when I’m testing  the example of AN12327, and I follow the steps one by one, but after I started with the flash_program.bat . It caused an error named "UartPeripheral() cannot open PC UART port (COM5) speed 57600"!

And I'm sure I have chosed the right COM5, so I don't know why this happened. 

And more questions, The AN12327 examples is based on IAR tools, is there any example for MDK keil?

By the way , my MCU is LPC55S69, and I'm use the LPC55S69-EVK board.

Hello,

   Certainly I've close serial terminal before run flash_program.bat. And it still have this problem. But when I'm run the post_build_mdk.bat, it caused an error like this , I don't how to solve this!

   I'd like to ask if it's the chip version, and my chip's version is 0A not 1B .

   Or there are any app's example for MDK keil , cause the IAR isn't very helpful for my project.
