USB pins as a general purpose pins in LPC1342

I am writing to ask about a possibility to use USB pins in LPC 1342 as a general purpose pins.
I would like to use USB_DM and USB_DP pins as a outputs to control external device.
I would like to ask it is possible ?and if it is. How can I set this pin as output.
