It's a customer's board. I found the USB port is directly connected to the LPC1547JBD64 chip. On my Windows 10 laptop, it can be recognized as idVendor=1fc9, idProdduct=0083 and works well as a serial port. But in Windows 7 embedded system, it can't be recognized. That's why I asked for a driver for it.
