Tapping LPC54102 pins on OM13077

I use OM13077 board that contains LPC54102J512 in a LQFP64 package.
I have already gone through to UM10855.pdf
I need to know
1) where to tap out the 19, 10, 24 and VDDA pins of the IC on this board.
2) I need 3.3V should I tap pin 24 or VDDA?
