Did anyone experience the following behaviour?
TDO seems to interfere with PIO0_8 even if JTAG is not configured.
In certain conditions TDO take control of PIO0_8.
The conditions are not yet clear but probably tied to one particulat input pin at reset.
Verified in two out of three projects. PIO0_8 always holds to zero and cannot be changed to input or driven to one.
All the projects use LPC1519JBD100.
Work-around:
SWO (SWD trace output) should always be assigned in order to free PIO0_8.
