Hi, can you confirm what the shelf life for LPC54113 series MCU is? I have ordered "LPC54113J128BD64" from an authorized distributor. I have received part with date code of 2047.

Can we use the part as it has been more than 2 years? What is the shelf life for LPC54113 MCU ?
