Hi,

I am reading section 21.7.5 in the users manual UM10430.

The doc says that to be used with the EMC, a SDRAM must be configured for a 128-bit sequential burst.

My SDRAM supports burst lengths of 1,2,4,8 and full page.  The page size for this device is 256.. as I think most 16 bit x 4 bank (64-MBIT) parts are.  This is a supported SDRAM size so what am I misunderstanding?

Thanks

Hi tvink,
For 16-bit SDRAM the burst size will be 8. for 32-bit SDRAM device the burst size is 4.
Can You let us know the part number of SDRAM?
