Within the NXP Longevity Program Portal, the LPC2138 family is no longer included in the Active Longevity Products list and is instead shown in the Archived section.

The portal indicates a 15-year longevity commitment with a launch date of December 2008, which suggests that the original longevity commitment period has already elapsed.

So LPC2138FBD64/01EL remains an active and orderable product. However, it is no longer covered under the active Longevity Program listing.
