we are currently using lpc54628 board for our development. we want to carry out some OTA(over the air ) upgrade process.is there any bootloader code available from nxp side or any ota example for lpc54628 board kindly let me know.

Hello, I recommend use the MCUXpresso IDE, and download the SDK for the LPC55s69 and import the examples what you need.
