No GUI Files Error while creating a library

Hi all.
based on the DOC I want to create a library so I copied the makefile.bat and the others requirements (prep.bat - CC.bat - Lib.bat from 'ARM-IAR' Folder) to the root directory (inside 'start' folder of 'emWin BSP') and Edited the Prep.bat and point it to the folder of IAR Toolpath  I face a problem same as below. before clicking closing the CMD Window the 'Temp' and 'Lib' folder is created but after that it's gone!!
would you please tell me what the problem ?
