How can I access the Mini3250 BSP and the other materials? The company does not answer my e-mails.

They seem to have a telephone and fax number,
perhaps you can directly reach them:

Tel: +86-0755-25635656-865/866/867/868/863   Fax: +86-0755-25635626-666

According to their website, they show various software regarding Linux.
Is there perhaps a hotline given on the invoice, where you have bought the board?

The website of the Mini3250 is http://www.armkits.com/product/mini3250.asp

The name of the company is Embest.

Can you explain a little bit the common driver library? Can it be used for writing device driver for Linux kernel?

Hi,

I am not familiar with 'Mini3250' but assume that it is a LPC3250 Board!
The software driver library (CDL) is here:
http://lpcware.com/content/nxpfile/lpc32x0-common-driver-library-cdl

and Linux support here:
www.lpclinux.com

BTW: Can you clarify what company does not answer your emails?

Thanks,
ken
