Lpc1788 onchip flash program load

Hi,
I am working on uezgui-1788-70wvm module. I am using segger  j- link jtag for debug purpose. Ide is rowley cross works. If i download *.elf file to lpc1788 and debugging was ok. But when i power off and again on,nothing was comming. Means there is no program was stored in flash.If i want to load the program to flash which steps should i have to follow?

problem solved by defining STARTUP_FROM_RESET at preprosessor properties of rowley cross works
