To improve skills like BSP and customization kernel and Uboot....
Please suggest any one of board ...

There are some LPC3000 parts ARM926 based parts which can run Linux, but these are now rather old and I don't believe Linux is being actively maintained on these any more.

Thus if you want to run Linux, I would suggest you look at the (ex-Freescale, now NXP) i.MX application processors, largely based on much faster and more powerful Cortex-A class cpus:
