Hello,

     I tried downloading the file from 'LPC1114.bin'.But I don't its start address.Please give me a answer.Thank you!

The executable file: BIN doesn't contain address information, you can program it to customize memory area freely.

It might be the starting address of FLASH. The last thing I'm going to do is HEX files. Thank you very much!

Unless you've changed the linker script, the address should be the start of Flash. You can deduce the address from the linker map file.
