LPCScrypt2.1 fails on LPC4370

I want to boot LPC4370 using LPCscrypt. According to LPCScript_user_guide, firstly, MCU is configured to boot from USB0. Then, LPCScript is installed. Finally, when I ran boot_lpcscrypt script in the command prompt, "Nothing to Boot" is written on the command window!!.

I checked my board and its connections several times however, they were correct. Moreover, although I tested this method on both Linux and windows10, I face the same problem.

would you help me to solve this problem??

Is this a custom board or a purchased board?

When you connect the board. what does Windows show in Device Manager? Have you installed the device driver?

Thank you for your kind reply.

Yes, this is a custom board. Photos of the Device manager, the Schematic, and the CMD prompt are attached. As shown in the photos, there are no new devices to be recognized in the device manager when the USB cable is connected to the computer!

Yes, LPCScrypt and device drivers are installed simultaneously and even separately.

 boot pins P2_9 and P1_2 set to L, P2_8 and P1_1 set to H.

So, to be clear, the problem is with your board, and not with LPCScrypt. You need to fix your board before you can do anything with LPCScrypt. Suggest you start with something simple, like trying to download and run an LED blinky *using a debugger*.

I have been working with LPC4370 for a couple of years and did several projects with that.!

The USB port of the schematic was only attached to the previous response. This board has been using to carry out the protection functions of digital relays and can be programmed by J-link perfectly. Now, I want to program it using LPCScrypt and USB0 but Windows and Linux can not recognize the USB port of LPC4370 which is the flash-less MCU.

how can I solve this problem?? I checked my board and it was OK!!

I would be appreciated if you give me any viewpoints.

Hello mj_brd,

How about the pin P2_7? Low it to have a try.

Alice
