LPCOpen bug fixing in v1.03

Hi,

We have 4088 board, but LPCOpen v2.xx for LPC40xx family devices is not yet available, so we downloaded v1.03 instead.

But a ring buffer bug in serial port handling was reported before for 1.xx version, I was wondering if this bug is fixed in v1.03, or how soon v2.0 for 4088 will be available.
