LPC55S16 XTAL32K and XTAL32M DNP Caps?

Hey!

I'm running into some issues/failures with a recent board spin up with the 64-pin LPC55S16. The datasheet (section 13.2) details setting up the oscillator caps, but on the EVK, I am seeing that the caps are DNP. Does anyone know why they are not populated on the EVK?
