Has anyone else had issues with the processor failing to respond after several days/hours of use?
I've got a board spun and everything comes up correctly, I'm able to power and get a voltage off the LX pin through a 4.7uH inductor, get a device signature read in Flash Magic, and begin working with software development in MCUExpresso then suddenly (and seemingly randomly) it will fail on me and I'm no longer able communicate via FC0_USART or SWD in or out of ISP mode. The processor still appears to be powered (RESET_N is high and LX still reads about 1.18V) but the communication is lost.
This has happened on 9 of 12 PCBs that have been built.
In some instances, when only 3.3V, GND, SWD via Segger JTAG and USART0 are connected.
Is there a chance the processor is being bricked or forced into a mode in such a way that the ISP pin states (USART, SWD) are altered or don't return?
