In LPC55S0x / LPC550x Datasheet v1.2, Section 12.1, Table 36 BOD static characteristics:

Question: What does this table update from Datasheet v1.2 to v1.4 mean? Does it mean threshold voltage (TRIGLVL) of less than 1.75V is not supported anymore?

Yes, please follow  threshold voltage (TRIGLVL) spec in latest DS v1.4.
