LPC54628 package options

Is the BGA180 package going to be the only option for this part? We would like the performance boost of the LPC54628, but the QFP208 would an better package for low volume and prototyping as it is more suitable for manual assembly and rework.

Hi Andy,

    LPC54628 just have the BGA180 package

If you want to use QFP208, you can consider LPC54618, but the core clock is 180Mhz, not 220Mhz.
