LPC54608 JTAG IDCODE

I'm reading the JTAG ID code of the LPC54608 using the Xilinx USB Platform cable and Vivado 2017.3 as 0000002B, but according to data sheet the ID should be 10CAA02B. Any ideas ?

Hi,

I want to isolate the issue, is it possible to check the JTAG code using another way?

For example, using a Segger JLink Pro and the Jlink commander.

I want to eliminate the possibility of JTAG interface and simulator tool issue.
