   Is there any detailed development tutorial and program for IAP? Because I have not developed it before, so I may not know how to start. What should I pay attention to?

Hello ,

- I recommend you first can have a look at the demos under SDK package, it also includes IAP program "flashiap", download from:

https://mcuxpresso.nxp.com/en/select    

- About hardware development , there is a demo board LPCXpresso51u68, you can refer to the schematic:

- About MCU ID, do you mean UID? If yes, please refer to this thread:
