What is the difference between the LPC4357FET256 and the LPC4357JET256?

I could not find any information about that.

Regards,
Holger

You are probably right: it sems to be the temperature range.

However: in this case, the NXP website is wrong. If you open the parametrics of the F-device, it shows a temperature range of -40..+105°C.

F and J is really about the temperature range:

J= -40 °C to +105 °C; F = -40 °C to +85 °C.

Now the information on the NXP website is correct.

LPC4357JET256:

LPC4357JET256|ARM Cortex-M4/M0|32-bit MCU|NXP

LPC4357FET256:

LPC4357FET256|ARM Cortex-M4/M0|32-bit MCU|NXP

Wish it helps you!

Have a great day,
Jingjing

Perhaps have a look into data sheet of LPC4357, but I assume you already have done this.
On page 5 there is a list of different version, but I agree for LPC4357 it is not so clear.
The packages itself are described in chapter 14 (page 144). There is a LBGA and a TFBGA (beside LQFP).
Page 6 show a different temperature range and footnote:

[1] J = -40 °C to +105 °C; F = -40 °C to +85 °C.

But if this is the only thing, I don't know.
