Hi,

Is there an evaluation board available for LPC4370 256 pin version (i.e. LPC4370fet256) ?

Currently I am using LPC-link 2 and Labtool board to evaluate LPC4370. For my application I require high-speed as well as low-speed ADCs i guess only 256 pin version is capable of that, 100 pin version (used in LPC-link 2 board) doesn't have low-speed ADCs.

- Thanks

Hi,

I had the same need as you for extra ADC inputs - in my case the extra channels needed were for housekeeping measurements.

This system used the  LPC-link 2 card, plugged into a motherboard via its expansion connectors. It all worked quite well.

I ended up using an external multiplexer that  switched one HSADC channel, as needed, to a separate 8-channel MUX.

Previous to this, I had contacted Diolan (https://diolan.com/) about modifying one of their LPC4350 boards and was under the impression that they were going to try. I don't know whether they did in the end - there is nothing on their website to indicate this but it might be worth contacting them anyway.

The other route I considered was having a local PCB house replace the LCP4350fet256 on the Diolan  LPC-4350-DB1 development board  with the LPC4370. As far as I could see the pinouts are similar with the exception of the ADC inputs. From memory, the HSADC inputs replaced the normal ADC pins. I have enclosed a file that compares the connections of the LPC4350/4370 256 pin devices.

Hope this helps.
