I am working on a project requires very low power consumption when not in active state.
With reference to the LPC4357 manual both m4 and m0 core can be put into deep power down mode independently. To test this I put m0 core into deep power mode and m4 in active mode. In this case power consumption was 21mA and which was not significantly reduced.
In second test I put m4 in deep power down mode and m0 in sleep state, in this case power consumption was reduced to 6 mA.
I am not sure is this is the lowest power I can go with dual or Is there is anyway to lower the power consumption below 6mA.
I can try putting both the core into deep power down which is one option, but can anybody suggest me some idea which I can implement to lower LPC4357 dual core MCU power consumption in deep power down mode or deep sleep mode.
Any help will be appreciated.
