Can anyone tell me the peak reflow temperature for the LPC4350FET256. We are having some problems with the BGA consistently reflowing. We are planning to adjust the dwell time and/or temperature to hopefully correct the problem and want to make sure we are not exceeding any temperature limits. I do not see the limit in the spec sheet.
