Hi.

1) I tried this project (NXP Dual USB Solution), It works fine. I need to implement the same, only use the second usb flash instead of sd card (Copying the contents usb1 flash on usb2 flash).

Is it possible to use two ports usb lpc4337 as hosts together?

Yes it is possible. The LPC4337 has two independent high speed USB controllers that both support host mode. Each of these controllers has its own dedicated port.

Note that the internal PHY on USB1 only supports full speed operation but this controller does have a ULPI interface which you can connect to an external high speed PHY.
