We mapped LPC176xFDB100 (ARM Cortex-M3) as LPC23xx pin-to-pin replacement. However, for SD/MMC interface, you might use SPI / SSP peripheral instead, since LPC176x doesn't have any SD/MMC peripheral. The LPC177x / LPC178x series have SD/MMC interface, but it's not pin to pin compatible with LPC23xx.
Please be aware LPC176x is also old. this device was launched in 2009 with 15 years longevity. so don't recommend user use it as new design.
But we don't have other new pin to pin replacement. You can let me know what's your system requirement, I can recommend function replacement part. But, as I said, not pin to pin.
