Hello guys!
I have a question for NXP engineers.
I've recently received a PCB with a LPC2378FBD144 part which identification (datecode) is ZSD2030B. This states that IC was produced on 30th week of year 2020. The last digit represents revision number. But the strange part is that this should be revision B (third revision), which was replaced in 2009 with the introduction of newer revision D (third).
Is it possible that NXP still manufactures IC on older revisions or is this a "red light" and it's a sign for a non-genuine part?
Please, tell me your thoughts.
Kind regards,
Miha
Hi
Where did you buy the device?
Regards
Sorry I can not confirm that the part is or is not original
The information that I have the current version is D and I did not find that we still are using version B but also I could not find that this is obsolete.
