Unfortunately the LPC2148 it is a legacy device, and we do not have further support for this device, so we do not have a USB Driver for Windows 10. You can try disable the Secure Authentification feature of Windows 10 and use the legacy driver of the LPC2148, but it is not really something that we have test before, but it help in the past for some customers.
