Hi,

I would like to flash program my LPC1833-LQFP144 device before mounting it on my PCB. Are there any programmers available for the same?

Even if flashing before soldering was possible, you don't want to 'age' your flash image by applying such elevated temperatures. I'm pretty sure, data retention is reduced.

Hi,

You can use Flash Magic tool for programming your chip. Other IDE's include Keil , LPCXpresso and IAR workbench.
