LPC1788 lcd controller configuration

Hi 

I am new in arm cortex. The project I am working on it is developing LCD 3.5" with LPC1788.

Emwin library didn't work (stuck on GUI_init).

Then decided to setup on-chip lcd controller by my self. 

Now I have frequency 8MHZ on LCD_DCLK pin, but after power up, LCD_FP,LCD_LP ,LCD_LE and LCD_ENB all are low. only lcd_pwr is high. all LCD data(0..23) are low.

I would appreciate all advices.

   I send you a LPC1788 LCD code for your reference, it is for the IAR LPC1788 board, I also attached the according schematic for your understanding.
