LPC1768 useing for 88e6061

Hello:

     LPC1768 EMAC can config for support 88E6061 switch chip?  I check the LPC1768 EMAC driver only for PHY, I can't confirmed the hardware useing below mode is right? because now i am useing ping command to LPC1768 IP not successed. help me thanks.
