please suggest me lpc1768 dev board both cost and feature wise. planning to purchase one but confused.

I just got one of these:

It literally took me longer to download the software from the web than it did to get the LED-blink program up and running on this board.

It has an integrated JTAG interface on the board, so all you need is a USB cable.

And of course, it has a 1769 part on it, with all the hardware drivers for the ethernet, USB, SPI, I2C, etc...

For the price ($23.75 USD), I don't see how you can go wrong...

I would like to suggest you WAVESHARE http://www.wvshare.com/column/LPC_DevelopmentBoard.htm.

Boards are for reasonable price.

Try having a look at mbed: http://mbed.org/
I've considered buying one of these myself, but managed to solder a 1768 on an adapter board.
The mbed board allows you to program the board via the Web, so you don't have to install a toolchain.

In other words: It makes it easier to flash firmware onto the board.

It should be possible to obtain from various sources: Farnell/Newark, RS-components, DigiKey and even eBay.
