Keil MDK 5.29 can't download to LPCXpresso55S69-EVK

It's a rev A1 board. The same project downloads just fine with MCUXpresso IDE v11.1.1 [Build 3241] [2020-03-02].

Clearly the debugger setup routines in "NXP.LPC55S69_DFP.pdsc" need to be updated.
