       LPC1788 is not contained in the supported devices。Can LPC1788 run LVGL easily?  Is there a   code template related LVGL for LPC1788.

There is only code template and demos for new products of NXP as the link you mentioned. 

And there is  a user-friendly graphical user interface development tool support LVGL:
