Interfacing LPC1768 with T6963 240x64 glcd

Hi,
I have tried my best to interface T6963 with LPC1768, but  LCD does not show anything. However same thing working with 89v51RD2.

I am also getting status is ready with both controller, whereas first one is not working.

Please let me know if anyone have done it or any suggestion for it.

DB0 - DB7 are bi-directional and will output 5V onto the LPC1768.  Let us hope you used some 5v tolerant pins.

Its written that data lines, CE, WR, RD CD having high logic from VDD-2.2V to VDD.

How you translating logic
I mean LPC is 3.3V but controller is 5v
