First of all, if you are starting a new development now, I would strongly recommend that you consider using a Cortex-M based MCU - such as the LPC4xxx or LPC54xxx (or a Kinetis MCU or i.MX RT) - rather than the old ARM7 based MCUs in the LPC2xxx family due to this family is not recommended for new designs as you can see in the below link.

However, if you want to develop using LPC2000 you can take a look to the Sample Code Bundle for LPC213X and LPC214X Peripheral from the link below that is compatible with the MCU you're using
