How do I program the IR remote control transmitter/receiver of an OM13078 (LPC54102 Sensor Processing/Motion Solution) sensor shield board?

I am working on a project where i need to get the raw ir code from a TV remote control using the ibuilt  Vishay VSOP98260 IR receiver.A sample program would be really helpful...
