Hi,

Officially, the third party Keil, IAR supports LCPXpresso54608, NXP tools MCUXPresso tools supports LCPXpresso54608 with free of charge.

For Arduino, pls try to use Auduino IDE from the link:

https://www.arduino.cc/en/software

I suppose that you can use embed tools from the link:

https://os.mbed.com/
