Hitex LPC1850 Board with wrong power supply damaged?

Hi everybody,

what happens when supplying the Hitex LPC18xx Board accidently with 9V instead 5V? I've seen no fuse or voltage regulator for the 5V supply which protect the board :-( The 3.3V supply has a voltage regulator but it tolerates max. 6.5V. Now I get the error message "target not debuggable". Have I damaged the Board or is it just in a protection mode? Is it possible to rescue it?
