Help identify the device Revision

I'm working with LPC55S66JBD100 (HLQFP100) like in image but I can't identify it. Is that Revision 0A or 1B ? I suspect it is 0A.

Issue appears when programming an image/application in ISP mode; after reset the device will not enter in ISP mode again.

The programming sequence works fine on S69 revision 1B though with image executing fine.

Secure boot is not enabled and CFPA and CMPA are blank.

Thank you!

We can get the silicon revision through chip revision ID and number: SYSCON->DIEID:
