I'm looking for the hardware Datasheet with supply requirements (decoupling capacitors) for the LPC4312JBD144.

Hi Alice,

It's not exactly what i am looking for.

Don't you have a separate datasheet with additional information about the decoupling capacitors for every supply (VDDA, VDDIO, VDDREG, etc.) that is required ?

This far i used the demoboard related to my part (LPC4312JBD144) as a starting point, but a well documented datasheet would help me validate the design.

Sorry there isn't. You can refer to the Schematic of 

https://www.nxp.com/downloads/en/schematics/LPCX4337_V3_Schematic_RevA3.pdf   

to design.  This SCH includes LPC4332 and LPC4337 chip, all the same for power.
