Hi,

Finger print modules usually have a DSP board often from TI or Analog devices that connect to a
Finger print sensor and process finger print images come from sensor.
when non DSP processors in market were operating in slow speeds, there was no way to replace
DSP processors with non DSP ones. i think that for medium size number of fingers, for example
templates of 100 to 200, we can use lpc4357 for identifying Finger print templates. is there any document
or effort on using lpc4357 for this field?

Thanks for your reply, the system that we use LPC4357 on it is a complete Time attendance system and we need to use
all devices of LPC4357 in it for example we need Ethernet, Usb host and device, MicroSD, Audio ,TFT LCD, Camera
and so on. currently we use Finger print modules purchased with high prices and the main price depends on Module's DSP pcb.
we want to cancel DSP pcb and use only Finger Print sensor with our system.

Well, to be honest, the LPC4357 is a little bit oversized for that. Finger print modules are price sensitive components.
I would go for a version with reduced number of peripherals and maybe for the flashless version.
Then the code and constants can be in qSPI memory and some more time critical code would run from SRAM.
If you don't need floating point or 204MHz you could also use the LPC1800.
