Error: Flash Download failed - Target DLL has been cancelled

I am using Jlik to program LPC2148 in keil software. I am getting this error please help to overcome with this issue.

Hi,

Have you been able to connect with the target at least once? You should verify the following:

1. Target processor is properly powered.
2. Debug connector from J-Link to target processor is properly mapped, oriented and connected.
3. The PC have installed the drivers for J-Link debugger.
4. Keil project configuration is properly set for the desired memory, included the related Flash driver file.
