I need a dual USB to Ethernet converter solution. At one end I have a 3G Module and a WiFi Module, both have USB interface ports. On the other end I have a Single Board Computer that has a Ethernet port. I want to know that if it is possible to connect both 3G and WiFi modules to Single Board Computer using the LPC1837 solution?

Look out for application note AN11309. As the ISP1507 ULPI PHY from good old NXP times is no longer available, I recommend to go for one of the devices from the Microchip USB33xx series.

Yes, it's possible. If you need two USB high speed ports, then you need to provide an external ULPI PHY for USB1, the integrated PHY can only do fully speed. USB and Ethernet have good DMA support, so if you need to achieve a good data throughput, then  the LPC1837 is a good choice.
