Does JTAG work without external oscillator?

Hi all!

Does JTAG interface work on LPC1769 without external oscillator - nothing connected to XTAL1 and XTAL2?

JTAG/SWD is working if your chip is running. Without crystal you have to use internal RC oscillator.
Of course switching to ISP is always using internal RC oscillator, so empty chips are working without problems with JTAG/SWD.
